More than just moving boxes: how your trust mobilized hope in 2025

For us, moving has never just been about loading boxes from one place to another. It's about taking care of what matters, supporting new beginnings, and increasingly, leaving a positive mark on the place we call home.

In 2025, we took another step. Under the motto "More than just moving boxes, we mobilize hope", we transformed our daily operations into a Social Impact Project that raised $1,500, entirely dedicated to social causes in Venezuela. And we achieved it with you.

The origin: when sustainability becomes solidarity

It all started where every move begins: paper and cardboard. Instead of discarding them, we recovered them. Throughout the year, we recycled and commercialized 5 tons of cardboard and paper, and this environmental management resulted in $500 allocated to social causes.

For us, caring for the planet and caring for people are part of the same commitment.

Your voice matters: every opinion became an action

After each service, we asked you how we did. This year, 96 completed satisfaction surveys translated into a contribution of $480. Every review, every star, and every comment not only helps us improve: now they also fund tangible projects.

Thanks to customers like Enriqueta, Francisco, and Daniela, and the hundreds of families who trust us, your feedback today has a purposeful destination.

Committed leadership: commitment starts at home

The final push came from within. Our directors and leaders —Juan José Marí, Iramar Alemán and Jorge Moreno— added an additional contribution of $520, convinced that commitment starts at home.

Diversify to multiply. Every dollar raised was distributed among three institutions working for a better country:

• Fe y Alegría Popular education — the cause chosen by our customers in surveys.
• Autismo Dejando Huella Health and well-being for people on the autism spectrum.
• Tuqueque Lodge Educational Project Rural education for children in hard-to-reach areas of Morrocoy National Park.
